But recently market divergences make me to rethink what are the drivers for assets price difference. According to my experience, where rich people gathers, the goods price would be higher. How can a country or city get richer? The country or city need to produce more than they consume. After goods or services are produced, these products and services need to be exchanged and consumed by others. Otherwise, there would be no extra fortune created. I remember Ray Dalio have listed different parameters to evaluate a society's strongness. According to CFA
